What IS training with Lifted Heavily Ever After?
Lifted Heavily Ever After is strength training personalized for you, your unique body, and your individual goals. It’s about increasing bone density, decreasing risk of injury, and generally continuing to be a bad ass, as you age.
Training focuses on mastering proper form on a variety of fundamental movement patterns and then repeating those patterns as you increase complexity, duration, and load. I help women begin a life-long journey building strength, balance, mobility, and confidence.

What is training with Lifted Heavily Ever After NOT?

It is not fancy new moves every week. It’s not cardio or HIIT. It is not a fast results, 12-week program. There are no measurements or before and after photos. It does not come with a nutrition plan. It is not about weight loss. My goal is not to create fitness models.
There are a variety of programs that cater to those goals, if that is what interests you.
